[liberationtech] Belarus/Ericsson/GSM

Orbot, a Tor client for Android, is also available now via the standard
Market with support for many of Tor's handy features (hidden services,
bridges, etc.). More here: https://guardianproject.info/apps/orbot/

The warnings that Frank describes below are absolutely crucial to
understand, however. Wifi-only devices have a very distinct advantage in
this respect.
