Dear All,

Philip Howard's "The Digital Origins of Dictatorship and Democracy:
Information Technology in Political Islam" is the best book I've read on
Liberation Technology thus far (published just a few months ago). I highly
recommend it. Howard's mixed methods approach and research design is the
