Because of your interest in the TPRC conference, I thought you might  
be interested in learning about the TWC Research Program.  I have  
attached a copy of our 2011 Research Announcement for the TWC Research  
Program on Digital Communications for your review.

I hope you will consider an applying for a research stipend in 2011.    
Our deadlines for 2011 are April 1 and November 1. You can submit a  
three page proposal on-line at www.twcresearchprogram.com.  We awarded  
eight research stipends in 2010 and plan to make additional awards in  
2011.
