I have lots of evidence about this - I am in control of computers in
various countries - lots of them are filtered by SmartFilter.

Saudi for example is filtered by what appears to be SmartFilter. The
same appears to be true for systems in Qatar on Qtel.
The list goes on and on. Different countries have different filtering
systems but nearly all of them are commercially products from the good
ol' US of A.
