Let's not forget that SmartFilter was used in Tunisia for filtering as well
(and probably still will be; a new document from the interim government
suggests that filtering to some degree will be written into law):

SmartFilter (owned by McAfee, which is owned by Intel) is also used in most
of the Gulf countries.
