Good to hear. The biggest irony is that they also said they did a
technical evaluation and then the author says they disregarded those parts!

I'd say that you should consider a metrics based approach - check out

I hear my blog post made the rounds in DC. Most of the non-free software
in that report has a rough future ahead and rightly so. :)
