[liberationtech] Kroes No Disconnect Strategy

I have used a protocol analyzer to record this video "off the wire" and
mirror a high quality copy located at:

http://www.TransNOC.com/eu/

Right click on the Mp4 file: LR_81914W.mp4 > Save file as...

The audio seems fine with this copy. Somebody attempted to use a screen
recorder on the original YouTube version. Didn't really work out too well.

If you wish to send this out to a large audience, please mirror it to your
server via wget.
