Hi,
Here is a good video on detecting and removing keyloggers and random
backdoors:

It's good to know how to do this, even if you never have to do it.
However, I highly recommend *against* using UltraSurf for online
anonymity. It's simply not robust enough, independent of whatever questions
there might be about UltraSurf tracking users. Tor is great, assuming your
area isn't successfully blocking it (as is the case in Syria currently).
Once the software backdoors are removed, will connectivity improve? Hard
to say. Government interception while in transit is still a major issue
here. But it's worth a try. Please let me know how this works out.
