Together with Internet Rights and Principles Coalition and IT for Change, Association for Progressive Communications is pleased to invite you to our IGF pre-event:
Development, Empowerment and Access to the Internet
September 26, the day before the IGF in Nairobi
Following last year's successful IGF pre-event on human rights on the internet we are now planning an event to discuss multi-stakeholder perspectives to consider how equitable access to the internet relates to development and human rights.
