WikiLeaks is still hosting or making use of the tunnels PRQ offers to
hide where the traffic come's from for servers. PRQ has a track record
of being excellent in these cases, you might want to look at the thordc
in Iceland for colocation, iceservers.net for renting vps systems or
dedicated servers/webhosting also in Iceland. And EuroVPS in The
Netherlands (hosting/vps/dedi).
