In the UK an issue is developing that involves robust comments about the
practices of staff/doctors employed by a company known as ATOS, which
conducts assessments, on behalf of the UK government, of peoples ability
to work and hence entitlement to welfare benefits. However, it is being
reported that ATOS is issuing letters to ISPs and forum hosts resulting
in a number of forums discussing ATOS being closed.

With this in mind, can anyone suggest any methods for 'bullet proof'
hosting that functions under a jurisdiction that upholds freedom of
expression in ways that don't lead to such 'take down' notices?
