Is there any publicly available accounting of the $22 million already
disbursed that anyone knows of? Are there any advisers from this
community (or others) who are helping guide that or is it all vetted
internally?

I wonder as I have worked in/with numerous human rights orgs for whom
this money could be powerful, but it has never even entered the realm
of well known non-profit tech funding options...
