[liberationtech] Internet Circumvention Tools and Methods: Evaluation and Review

I have personally seen Tor's website blocked at Wells Fargo bank and
also many Apple stores :0)
I suspect they were both DNS redirects of the actual domain names. I
think Apple store was using OpenDNS.--
