[liberationtech] Data.gov & 7 Other Sites to Shut Down After Budgets Cut

If the U.S. is seen as soft on open government specifically online efforts
designed for government accountability and transparency, it doesn't exactly
strengthen our calls for similar approaches to bolster democracy and good
governance around the world.
