Some folks are already concerned, for what it's worth.
The next posts on this site responds to concerns by prominent twitter user feng37 (http://twitter.com/feng37/status/25478926814) and pleads that they aren't really launching until next May.
Feng37's tweet in my translation: "The planners of "Unlock Government Secrets" are really rushing headlong in. Of seven e-mail addresses provided, five are from domestic mail services that can be inspected at any time, two provided web addresses lack https. Only an idiot would contact them."
