Friends and family,

Today our team at Stanford launched DesignBehavior.com, a collective inquiry
into the science of "self-shaping": the practice of modifying the
environment to influence one's own future behaviors, habits, and actions.

Please help us get started! Follow and RT
@behaviorisms<http://twitter.com/behaviorisms>!  Forward
this email (or the link) to interested parties and on your facebook! We
want to hear how everybody designs defaults into their own lives.

The idea of purposefully designing default choices into our lives resonates
deeply. The goal of this website is, as BJ Fogg puts it, to "harness
incoming energy/talent/ideas".

Our stellar research team is listed at
http://designbehavior.com/what-is-self-shaping-you-are.  This research will
influence how technology augments our behavior and enables us to live
healthier, happier, self-aware, and productive lives.

To living with purpose and passion,
Neema
