The Center for African Studies
Graduate Research Fellowships Summer 2010
The Center for African Studies is pleased to announce fellowships for
Stanford University doctoral students, and graduate students in Stanford’s
Schools of Business, Education, Engineering, Law and Medicine. Fellowships
of up to $5,000 will be awarded for expenses related to summer research in
Africa.
Eligibility:
Ph.D. candidates enrolled in any academic department at Stanford University,
and students enrolled in post-baccalaureate degree programs in Stanford
University’s Schools of Business, Education, Engineering, Law or Medicine
are eligible to apply. Applicants must not have graduated before Summer
2010.
The proposed research must be carried out in Africa.
Award : Award amounts will range from $3,000 - $ 5,000
