I've been contacted by a journalist from Singapore who wants to know about
Internet censorship in China and other countries.  He is asking question such as:

* How successful are these filtering/ censorship techniques?

* Can people get around these filters?

* Is freedom on the Internet quickly becoming a thing of the past?

* And what happened to Google in China?

I would like to refer him to someone who knows a lot more about this than I do.
 Does anyone on this list have a few suggestions?
