I'm sending our concept paper for the Developing Radio Partners Health Ideas
Network.

Although this if for health, we have plans for the environment and
agriculture as well.

Ken Banks, our partner for SMS text messaging,  wrote this fine article
about radio and SMS and included DRP and the Health Ideas Network in PC
