[Infrastructure-readinggroup] new note pad

Find the notes from this week attached.  We had an old note pad on the HedgeDoc
instance of the infralab where previous notes were kept.  That was spammed once
and I assume it is better to use a new one.  I migrated the old content to the
new pad and added the notes from this week.  So, this is a good moment for you
to put additional notes there in case you were keeping any that others might
