[IGF-DAIG] Policy Network on AI: 2nd Meeting Thursday 22, 13 UTC

Dear all,

As some of you may know, the UN Internet Governance Forum recently
launched the Policy Network on Artificial Intelligence (PNAI), a
multistakeholder platform aiming to foster focused discussions on AI and
related aspects of data governance.

Our second meeting will take place Thursday 22, 13 UTC. We are currently
working on a report on a multistakeholder approach to AI governance to be
presented at the 18th IGF annual meeting in Kyoto, Japan, in October 2023.
Since we are putting a strong focus on the Global South perspective towards
regulating AI, there are a lot of synergies to be explored between the
objectives of DC-DAIG and the PNAI mandate.

some Brazilian colleagues contributing to the discussions, and it would be
great to have more LatAm colleagues occupying this space!

I am very much looking forward to the next steps of DAIG work and to
collaborating with you.
