Telegram, and TikTok regarding the proliferation of hate speech,
dehumanization, and incitement to violence and genocide against the
Palestinian people on their platforms. Previously, the International

carrying out genocide against the Palestinian people in Gaza.

b) Senegal: Urgent Call to Maintain Connectivity in Senegal

Human rights organizations and advocates for internet freedom and

public disturbances.

### Digital Rights in the Wider World ###

1. Sudan Hit by Internet Blackout as Civil War Continues

Internet and communication networks have been disrupted across most of
Sudan since last week. The cause of the outage remains unclear, with
accusations flying between the Sudanese government and the Rapid
Support Forces.

2. Khan's Party Navigates Pakistan Blackouts to Keep Campaign Alive

Former prime minister Imran Khan's party has redefined election
campaigning in Pakistan with its social media rallies and use of AI
technology in a bid to sidestep a nationwide crackdown that has
followed it online.

3. Social Media Users Are Bypassing Censorship on Palestine

As tech companies restrict solidarity posts, people have found ways to
get around the algorithm.

4. Pegasus Targets over 30 Journalists, Activists, and Politicians in Jordan

Pegasus was used to target the devices of at least 33 Jordanian and
Jordan-based journalists, activists, and politicians between 2019 and

5. The USA and KOSA: Online Safety Legislation is Opposed by Many it
Claims to Protect

More than 100 human rights and LGBTQ groups have condemned the Kids
Online Safety Act (KOSA), saying it would endanger minors, especially
LGBTQ youth. Fight for the Future has setup a Stop KOSA website for
people to sign a petition and contact lawmakers against the bill,
stating that the dangerous censorship bill would give the government
unprecedented control over the Internet, and will put youth in danger
