*** IFF Fellows & Themes Announced ***

The IFF has announced its first ever cohort of the IFF Community
Development Fellows, as well as the themes they will be curating! This
year’s cohort of fellows are 13 community organizers, activists,
researchers, and trainers from 12 countries and a cross section of
disciplines ranging from technology, policy, media, and human rights.

*** Briar Releases Beta Version***

The just released beta version of Briar can be found on Google Play. The
tool was designed to enable people in any country to create spaces where
they can debate any topic, plan events, and organize social movements.

*** Internet Status in Venezuela ***

Redes Ayuda just published a few videos explaining how access to the
Internet in Venezuela is limited, and self-censorship is promoted. The
videos are part of the ongoing campaign, #InternetSinLimites
