Dear AmigXs,
Here is your update for Tuesday, March 7, 2016! We hope you enjoyed your
first day. If there is anything we can do make the space more
comfortable, please let us know! And thank you for being soooooo patient
during some of the first day hiccups.
The following are some tips, news and requests:
* THE GALLERY SPACE
In order to maximize space, we've had to divide the Gallery into two
spaces which are divided by a curtain. While the curtain divider helps
absorb some of the noise pollution, it doesn't eliminate all. We know
its not ideal, but please be mindful. Please speak in moderate tones and
keep your use of the space limited to the one you've be scheduled in.
* GALLERY DESK
Starting tomorrow we will have a Welcome Desk in the patio. If you have
time, stop by and volunteer a few hours. Its basically a central point
to let participants connect, ask questions, and learn about each other.
* NEED / OFFER WALL
So many items posted already! Make sure to check it out and see if you
can help a few people out!
