Hola everybody!

Wow, we made it! It was wonderful to see many good old friends and meet
a lot of new ones. The Internet Freedom Festival 2016 was full of
energy, positivity and fruitful collaboration, all thanks to you.

In order to start planning IFF 2017, we need to hear your thoughts. We
read through and applying all the feedback and new ideas gathered. The
IFF is genuinely collaborative, designed for and by the community, so we
couldn't make it without you – it would make no sense.

This was the  first Track Lead curated edition of the IFF and we know
there's a lot of room for improvement. Therefore, your feedback is
highly valuable right now. Here are some topics to get started, but feel
free to share any other thoughts with us:

- Registration process
- Call for Proposals instructions
- Communication with staff and community
