[Festival] IFF's now on Slack!

My most sincere apologies.

The decision to create the Slack channel for the IFF was mine and does
not represent the opinions of all the many others involved in this
beautiful gathering.

The etherpad[1] is now the place for platform suggestions, so we can
move the discussion along over there.
