[Festival] IFF's now on Slack!

It sounds like some solutions have been offered here thanks to Sacha and
Samuel. I will likely need some support on engaging with mattermost more
than I would with Slack, but I'm open to doing that work if others are
willing to support it being an inclusive platform.
