A group of Venezuelan scholars and authors are starting a
Spanish-language virtual reading group on Venezuelan petrocultures,
which will meet either monthly or every other month (depending on the
length of the reading and participants' schedules and interests).

Our first meeting will be held on March 28th at 6pm (Venezuelan time) to
discuss Ibsen Martínez's latest novel "Oil Story" with the author
himself. Anyone interested in participating and in receiving a PDF of
the novel please fill out this form [1] or contact Elizabeth Barrios at
ebarrios at albion.edu.
