Too often, strategy becomes a static document rather than a shared practice that helps people decide what to do next. Starting 24 September, FabRiders is running the next Strategy Design Cohort: a small, six-session online space for people leading or influencing strategy in NGOs, charities, networks and grassroots organisations. Working on your own live strategic challenge alongside civil-society peers, you?ll explore how to make strategy more participatory, power-aware and adaptable ? harnessing collective power so that ownership of the strategy is shared, not held by a few people.
