[Network-Centric Resources] Design sessions that strengthen your networks at The Session Design Lab, March 24th & 25th

Dear Resource Designers

We’re really humbled by the response to The Session Design Lab, and by the requests to run it again from people across our network‑centric spaces. Many of you regularly bring people together around shared resources, ideas, and campaigns – whether or not you consider yourselves facilitators.

When you’re working in and across networks, every session is an opportunity to build relationships, surface insight from the edges, and share power more widely. That doesn’t happen by accident. It takes participant‑centric session design that makes it easy for people to connect, contribute, and make sense of complexity together.

The Session Design Lab is a two‑day, hands‑on space to work on real network‑focused meetings, workshops, and gatherings. Bring a session you care about – anything from a strategy call to a community check‑in – and we’ll work with you to make it more engaging, inclusive, and useful for the people in the room.
Join us for The Session Design Lab on March 24th & 25th from 3–6pm UTC. Together, we’ll:
	•	Explore simple, practical ways to design participant‑centric sessions that help networks share knowledge, build trust, and spot opportunities together.
	•	Use adult learning frameworks like ADIDS to shape sessions that can flex with whatever emerges, without losing sight of your shared purpose.
	•	Turn your idea into a concrete session plan and get supportive peer feedback you can use straight away.
	•	Build confidence, swap tools, and connect with others who are designing spaces that keep networks alive and learning.
We’re continuing our pay‑what‑you‑can model to keep it accessible, and you’re welcome whether this is your first time or you’re coming back with a new network‑based session to design.
