Dear Resoure Developers,
Many of us are under pressure to “have a strategy” while juggling funding gaps, crises and shifting contexts. Strategy often becomes a static document, rather than a shared practice that helps people decide what to do next in uncertain times.
This spring, FabRiders is running a small online Strategy Design: a cohort for civil society leaders – for people leading strategy in NGOs, charities and grassroots organisations who want structured support, peer learning and space to work on real strategic challenges. The main group will meet at 10:00 UK, with a possible 16:00 UK group if there’s enough interest.
Over six sessions (max 9 participants), we’ll work together to:
Connect strategy and theory of change to everyday decisions
Design light‑touch “strategy rhythms” that teams can sustain.
Surface and work with power dynamics in strategy processes.
