Hello Resource Designers,

For the first time in over 6 years, FabRiders is running a live event! It will be particularly relevant if you are embarking on a strategic planning process for your organisation or programme in 2026. Or if you are working to define or refine goals, priorities and direction during these times of rapid change and upheaval?

The Strategy Design Festival is a one-day, highly interactive gathering for organisations that want strategy to be a living, shared practice rather than a document on a shelf. Together, we will explore collaborative approaches to developing a strategy that stays grounded in your purpose while responding to rapid change.

The festival will take place on January 20th, 2025, from 9 am to 5 pm at the Coin Street Neighbourhood Centre in London. The cost is 60 GBP, including lunch.

Across the day, you will:

Learn inclusive, co-creative ways to engage board, staff, partners, and communities so they share ownership of your organisation’s direction.
Explore ways for keeping strategy flexible and “alive” through regular check-ins, learning loops, and course corrections.
Connect with peers who are also navigating uncertainty and building organisational cultures where strategy is discussed, questioned, and refined together.

You will leave with fresh perspectives, concrete ideas, and renewed energy to approach 2026 and beyond with confidence, creativity, and a stronger sense of shared commitment.
