Hello Network Resource Designers,
I thought you all might be interested in joining the next Capacity Builders Convergence will take place on Tuesday, 29 November, from 16:00 to 18:00 UTC.
The theme will be "Facilitating Power and Power Dynamics”. Nothing that we are often find ourselves mediating across and through spectrums of power. Sometimes this involves buffering those with more power, and other times it involves centering and lifting up those with less power. We also experience power dynamics every time we negotiate for our services, define our agency and role in projects, or evaluate our impact in programs and interventions.
We'll focus on how to observe, name and address individual power, organizational power, and other power dynamics, and share practical tactics and approaches for modulating, countering and inverting the same.
If you are interested in participating, simply RSVP to capacitycon at aspirationtech.org <mailto:capacitycon at aspirationtech.org> (off-list) to let us know you will be joining, and we'll send more information about the agenda and meeting logistics as we get closer to the meeting date.

Cheers,
Dirk
