[Network-Centric Resources] Professional development related to network centric resources

Hi all! I'm wondering if you have any recommendations or ideas for
professional development opportunities that would contribute to the
co-creation of network centric resources. Courses on knowledge management?
Facilitation? Evaluation? Is there a course out there on how to create
really awesome resources??
