[Network-Centric Resources] Online Discussion: Network-Centric Content Editing

Hello Resource Designers,

I need your wisdom and guidance.  I’m working with IFRC on taking the beta version of the Data Playbook to a V1.  We have a ton of content and we have a network of users and we need to start a process of collaboratively editing and modifying.  I’d really love to get insights from everyone in terms of workflows and tools that work with people with low-bandwidth and not a lot of tech skills.
