[Network-Centric Resources] Principles for Equitable and Effective Disaster Response

Hi folks - I recently worked with a network of other organizers to
assemble this
statement of principles for network-centric disaster response

It's been shared around some relevant listservs, so I figured I would share
here too in case it might be useful to groups that are developing crisis
response strategies.
