[Network-Centric Resources] Write the Docs unconference, Prague 10-12 September

I would suggest Level Up as another open documentation community that
has activity going on behind the scenes, but is surviving off of purely
voluntary efforts, so things move slowly.  I obviously have a vested
interest in it, as I am seeking to learn from what we're doing right and
what we could have set up better to help SAFETAG make the transition
from centrally funded development to ongoing work and support by a
decentralized group of orgs and individuals.
