Hey all,

I've just posted an article on our blog about the ux research phase of
the redesign of responsibledata.io. I  hope the approach and questions
outlined can help others who are entering similar processes.

TL;DR: Research and design is hard when a community is diverse, remote
and has many different needs. Good thing we like a challenge at The
Engine Room!
