Hello Communication Strategists,
Last week, we launched the first cohort of ‘Strategies to Counter Authoritarianism’ as part of The Facilitating Collective Power. It was invaluable to spend time with other experienced facilitators analysing how authoritarians use different power domains to assert control and then determine strategies that will enable the social change efforts we support to counter and build their power. We also focused on identifying, supporting, and practising a form of anti-authoritarian leadership known as ‘Facilitative Leadership’ and examined our facilitation practices to ensure we always ‘walk the walk’.
This week, we are starting a new cohort at a European and Asia-friendly time of 10am (check your time zone) UTC on Wednesday, March 19th & March 20th. Learn more and register here:
