[DATAGOV Core] Draft Interview Scheme for Feedback

Dear all,

I have prepared an interview scheme for my interview next Tuesday with a Europol biometrics expert and also for NATO later on. If you have time to go over it and give feedback, especially on the EU section, I would really appreciate it. Right now, it tries to balance a broad set of questions that might interest DATAGOV with a semi-structured, fluid approach that prioritizes depth over breadth.
