Dear Giulia,

Thank you for your email and for the updates! Looking forward to seeing everything on the website :)

For the meeting, I'm available on 10/09/26 at 10 am. I will not be able to incorporate all the feedback by then, but perhaps we could go over the comments and discuss the changes before I finalise everything. Would also be great to have Stefania in the meeting!

Let me know how this sounds!

P.S. Don't hesitate to reach out if the live link is not working

Best,
Ray

Dear Ray,

Thanks for your patience :)

We met today and the team is aware of the to-dos about the website.

Before Monday 07/09, we will be adding our bios and the rest of the missing content on this document<https://uva.works.surf.nl/apps/files/files/7155534?dir=/DATAGOV_Home/Website&editing=false&openfile=true>. We will also make sure you have all the pictures of the team in this folder<https://uva.works.surf.nl/apps/files/files/6641274?dir=/DATAGOV_Home/Website/Team_Pics>. Finally, you will be able to read our feedback on the website draft on this document<https://uva.works.surf.nl/apps/files/files/6908499?dir=/DATAGOV_Home/Website&editing=false&openfile=true>.

Regarding the final check-in meeting, we have some possible dates:

- 09/09/26 at 10 am
- 10/09/26 at 10 am
- 16/09/26 10 am
- 21/09/26 10 am

Unfortunately none of these dates we will all be there, there is always someone from the team who will be missing - Stefi can only make it the 9/9 or 10/9, just FYI; would be great if she could be there but I don't know if that's too close to the 7th, let me know :)

Thanks for your availability and fantastic work. We look forward to seeing the website up and running!

Best,
G

Hi Giulia,

I hope you are enjoying your summer break!

I am writing to check in with you and the rest of the team.

1. Thank you for the feedback! I found the document with the comments in the shared folder. I see that I have feedback from you and Carina. Let me know if I should wait for any additional comments from the rest of the team or if I can start implementing the changes.

2. I see that I am still missing some of the information (e.g. methodology, team member pictures and bios). Would it be possible to have those ready by the 7th of September? This would give me enough time to incorporate all the info by the end of the month.

3. We could then schedule a final check-in around the week of the 14th to discuss the last details and any additional feedback before starting to transfer everything online. If this sounds good, let me know which dates would work for you for the meeting!

Looking forward to hearing from you!

Best,
Ray
