Hi team,
regarding the website, the next steps are:
- take a look at the website draft using this link<https://scary-nerve.localsite.io> - it will be running today 15-17, and tomorrow 11-16 (If prompted, enter the following information: Username: laundry / Password: momentous)
- share your feedback about the website draft on this<https://uva.works.surf.nl/apps/files/files/6908499?dir=/DATAGOV_Home/Website&editing=false&openfile=true> document - DEADLINE 07/09/26
- complete the website structure & content document <https://uva.works.surf.nl/apps/files/files/7155534?dir=/DATAGOV_Home/Website&editing=false&openfile=true> - DEADLINE 07/09/26:
- adding your bio (200 words) - remember to put your pronouns, everyone :) I added some comments here and there with tiny things to adjust, take a look
- adding a methodology paragraph
- adding your publications
- adding your picture in this folder<https://uva.works.surf.nl/apps/files/files/6641274?dir=/DATAGOV_Home/Website/Team_Pics> (always name the picture) - DEADLINE 07/09/26:
- adding any extra content that you can add by the 07/09/26 or by the 21/09/26 at the latest; this means populating the other sections of the website, including Research Themes (Citizenship, Sovereignty, Inequality), Technology Cases (Biometrics & Digital IDs, Health Technologies, Educational Technologies), Field Sites (India, Brazil, South Africa, EU)
Jonas, about the methodology, you may be able to move some things around from the Living Lab part to the Methods part;
Events and Blog - These pages have a separate folder because Ray will be taking from the old website, but feel free to add upcoming events in the website structure & content file;
If you have any question or correction don't hesitate to share !
Best,
G

Hi Giulia,
I hope you are enjoying your summer break!
I am writing to check in with you and the rest of the team.
1. Thank you for the feedback! I found the document with the comments in the shared folder. I see that I have feedback from you and Carina. Let me know if I should wait for any additional comments from the rest of the team or if I can start implementing the changes.
2. I see that I am still missing some of the information (e.g. methodology, team member pictures and bios). Would it be possible to have those ready by the 7th of September? This would give me enough time to incorporate all the info by the end of the month.
3. We could then schedule a final check-in around the week of the 14th to discuss the last details and any additional feedback before starting to transfer everything online. If this sounds good, let me know which dates would work for you for the meeting!
Looking forward to hearing from you!
Best,
Ray
