Monday 9 Nov 2 pm works for me too for the interview!

Rescheduling Monday’s meeting works too. Would say, Thursday the 5th work for people instead - say 10 - 14:00? I can edit the calendar invite accordingly.

Dear team
owing to an inpromptu research meeting at the University of Padova, on Monday and Tuesday coming week, I propose to postpone both team meeting on Monday and the interviews on Tuesday.
Hope everyone is fine with that. That said, the Monday meeting can go ahead but Giulia and I won’t be in attendance.

For the interviews (for those concerned only), I suggest Monday 9 November from 2pm. Would that work?
