Hello team,

Tomorrow we have our weekly meeting scheduled for 9:30 - 10:00.

I know we usually do check-ins, but this week we have our kick-off event and we do not have another team meeting scheduled so I propose that we tackle directly some kick-off related points.

I propose to extend our meeting time to have more time to discuss. I am available but I don't know about you so let me know if that is feasible.

Here is an agenda that I drafted in conversation with Meg and Jonas. Please, let me know if there is anything else to be discussed that I did not include.

  *   [ ] Timeline run-through
  * [ ] What time is lunch coming?
  * [ ] Materials for workshop define what we need
  * [ ] Moderation, questions, slides etc (content of the sessions) - clarify doubts, revise together, finish

Below is a list of the TO DOs for the Kick-off:

  * [ ] Get slides from Fernando and Louise - JONAS
  * [ ] Send slides to Lydia (Framer Framed) - GIULIA
  * [ ] Ask to have coffee/tea at the beginning of the day, can we arrive at 8 am? - GIULIA
  * [ ] Linkedin Post last sign ups - SRUTHI
  *   [ ] Send welcome package - GIULIA
  * [ ] ask IAS if we can arrive at 9 - IAS person (Matteo?)
  *   [ ] DATAGOV slides finish - EVERYONE
  * [ ] Finish moderation inputs (by Wednesday) - EVERYONE
  * [ ] ask secretary if we can post the event on the events page of the Media Studies Department - GIULIA
  * [ ] Intro for day 2 - 5' each presentation of yourself and your role in DATAGOV, for day 0 (25th the interviews)- EVERYONE
  * [ ] Remember your role: moderation, presenter, documenter etc, and prepare - EVERYONE
  *   [] Moderation cards (1', 2', STOP) - MEG

Looking forward to seeing you all - online or at the office - tomorrow morning!

Best,

Giulia
