[DATAGOV Core] Kick-off to do's agenda

Hello team!

Jonas and I had a brief meeting to check in on the kick-off event. We went through what we have and what needs to be done and we have prepared an agenda of the to-do's.

Many tasks are for the end of this week. We know it's a very busy period for everyone, several people have concurring things, Dutch exams etc, but let's try to help each other so that we can all arrive prepared for this big event!

Let's also keep things to basics, stick to the minimum (which is a lot already!).

THINGS TO DO


1. Do we a projector for terrelente - take from the office
2. Camera and equipment for the documentary process ready
3. Send participants' slides to Framer Framed, Louise will send soonish, on Tuesday at most I send the slides to FF,
4. IAS - Jonas is sending a message on signal
5. DATAGOV slides - look over the weekend, make suggestions and changes by Tuesday - to send to framer framed, Stefi few slides for intro
6. Finish our moderation inputs by Wednesday, including extra questions for Day 2
7. TICKETS for working package - who buys them? to be included in the WP
8. Materials for workshop - let’s make sure we don’t have it
9. EMAILs for participants to unsign up
10. Another LinkedIn post next week
11. UVA Newsletter/ASCA/ reminder of the event
12. Intro for day 2 - 5' each presentation of yourself and your role in DATAGOV, for day 0 (25th the interviews)
13. Remember your role: moderation, presenter, documenter etc, and prepare.
