Hi Jonas,
Yes, we can prioritize EASST.
And regarding consent, this is what we discussed and agreed upon last meeting, if you want to re-discuss re-asking, let's do it tomorrow morning.
Thanks,
G

Thanks!
Could we have EASST as another prioritised item?
It would help me to have some help allocated and discuss the question about which panel to accept.
Also, what do you want to “ask Bidisha and other people who did not give consent about pics/video”? If they didn’t, they probalby don’t want to give consent. Do you really want to ask a second time?

Subject: [DATAGOV Core] Agenda team meeting 12/3 and to do's
Hello team!
Here is the agenda for this Thursday meeting. As you all remember we have a second monthly meeting this month, but it's a half day meeting. I believe last week we agreed on a 10 to 12 meeting, but please correct me if I am wrong.
Here are two, simple agenda points for this 2-h meeting:
1) Kick-off :
* [ ] Check-in on the to-do's for the kick-off event
* [ ] Intro data journey
* [ ] Transportation: Cecilia's ticket; who takes charge of buying city transport and airport-city tickets?
2) Other (30' max, if there is time - kick-off has priority!):
* [ ] comments on Eli Borges intention of interest
* [ ] EASST panel
* [ ] SSN conference final decision?
We also defined a list of "to do's", things we need to get done or prepare before we meet on Thursday:
- Anyone handling expenses should write an email to Stefi so that she can update her excel sheet on kick-off logistics
- Tutorial: Define tasks useful for the team, communicate with Yelizaveta
- Doc volunteers: Aliki?
- Send brief description of your project and how it fits into DATAGOV, so Stefi can integrate it into intro speech --> please write it down on this document<https://amsuni-my.sharepoint.com/:w:/r/personal/j_a_breuer_uva_nl/Documents/DATAGOV/Kick-off/Project%20descriptions%20for%20Stefi%C2%A0intro%20speech.docx?d=w4f137468772c458fabf8b13954742db4&csf=1&web=1&e=l2libs>
- Send email to keynote speakers explaining what we're asking of them. > Keynote panel topic, ask speakers to prepare provocative statements that spark the conversation. Each provocative statement 6 minutes.
- Consent: ask Bidisha and other people who did not give consent about pics/video
- Think of the intro data journey to present at the meeting (12/3)
- Bio and photos of speakers for Framer Framed
Also, Matteo and Sruthi remember that we have committed to making the Welcome Package by Friday, March 20th.
Sorry for the dense email!
Best,
Giulia
