[DATAGOV Core] [sharing] DATAGOVLab doc for IAS

Dear all, bear my nocturnal work streaks—soon I will be gone for the holidays 😉
I have just finalised the two-pager for IAS on the “living lab”.

Note: inspired by my involvement in the WHAT-IF project (no need to know more), where the EU Commission officials and reviewers went ballistic over “regulatory sandbox” and sandbox as a notion (at last), I unilaterally decided to remove all references to living lab, and call it instead a “democratic sandbox”, defined roughly aa situation-based experimental environment where governance by data infrastructure becomes tangible, enabling diverse participants to collectively investigate, question, and reimagine how data infrastructures shape democratic life bla bla.

In the interest of time, I did not open int to public debate, as I should have. But we need to get the document through the IAS door asap, so I decided to cut corners (sorry). We are not married to the document I attach.

Note that I included as contacts myself and the postdocs merely for practical reasons, for potential communications in the coming weeks (and Federico doesn’t even have a contract yet). It is collective ownership and responsibility.

Fingers crossed we get a space at IAS and the fun can begin!
