[DATAGOV Core] Action needed: New Website

Hi team,

yesterday I had a meeting with Ray. They showed the structure of the 
website and asked me to send them some content that is necessary not 
just to populate the site but also to make some design decisions.

I created a folder in our cloud to gather the necessary material:

Here you can find several folders, each corresponding to a page of the 
website that needs info from us for Ray. If you can help me add the 
necessary documents/writings/photos, that would be of great help! So 
that we can have the website up and running as soon as possible :)

Here is a list of the missing bits, just to give you an overview:

- Team bios and pictures

- Blog posts

- DATAGOV contacts

- Newsletter

- About the project (Home page)

- Field Sites (1-2 paragraphs about the field sites/fieldwork)

- The Project page --> populate "matrix" (1-2 paragraphs about each tech 
case study and WP)

- Methodology (2-3 paragraphs about the methodology)

- Publications if there are any

- Living Lab

- pictures to use on the website, if we have them


Think that at this point we are populating the site with content that 
will be up as the site is ready. So it is already a definitive version, 
so please no bullet points but actual text :)
