[DATAGOV Core] DataGov participating in workshop

Thanks for the invitation! Seems really interesting but I would not be 
able to present, plus I would like to take next week to focus on 
writing, so I will have to pass for this time. If Sruthi manages to go, 
I'd be curious to hear about how it went!
