I am in Italy to sit in a PhD committee on that day. Maybe someone else can go along?

Dear Meg, lovely. No problem for the 200 EUR, it is customary for our uni to ask for extra security costs.
I am happy to come along, but Mondays aren’t that great since it depends on whether we have a sitter and my partners is not teaching. But can make it happen and bring Emma if needed.
Stefania

Dear team,
VOX-POP has been confirmed for 26th 5pm onwards. The only issue is that they request an additional 200 euros to keep the doors open after 6pm. Would this be ok @Stefania Milan<mailto:S.Milan at uva.nl>
I am used to working with voxpop but would appreciate backup whenever I talk to them!
Best,
Meg

Dear Meg,
Thank you, the best wishes for you as well!
I read your application with pleasure. I think de technical democracy subject makes a layered link to both humanities an arts within this event. All the practical implications look good as well. I assume, since you have been in contact with VOX-POP a few times, you already know that after 6pm we have to ask for an extra opening of the building. These costs of the opening from 18:00 till 21:00 will involve costs, that will be yours to pay. This is estimated 200 euros. Let's meet, to talk things over in February. For me, Monday's works best, what would work for you? Let me know if you have any more questions. I am looking forward to our collaboration!
Best wishes,

Dear Voxpop team,
Happy new year!
I am emailing to ask whether voxpop has availability on March 26th from 17:00 onwards (16:00 if we include set up time).
I’ve attached the application form for this event — please let me know if I am missing anything.
I usually contact Voxpop regarding Terminally Online events (thank you so much for all the assistance!), but this time I am helping plan an event for DATAGOV, which is an ERC funded project looking into the impact of data infrastructure on democratic values. You can read more in the application, but here is our website so you can get a better picture of what our project is all about: https://datagovlab.net/
Looking forward to hearing from you!
Meg
